Food is more than sustenance; it’s connection, comfort, and care, even when cooking for just yourself or one other. Join RVNAhealth Registered Dietitian Carmen Weber for an engaging conversation about making meals for smaller households that are as nourishing as they are satisfying. With practical tips on meal planning, smart shopping, and cooking efficiently, Carmen will help you rethink the possibilities of your plate.

Carmen Weber, RVNAhealth Registered Dietitian, has nearly 25 years of experience and holds degrees in Communication and Dietetics. She started her career in healthcare advertising before shifting to community nutrition, working with places such as the Food Bank for New York City, WIC programs, and elderly nutrition services in Fairfield County. She specializes in empowering individuals to connect food and health through one-on-one counseling, nutrition education, and cooking classes.
