To celebrate the opening of the 2024/2025 season, Wilton Candlelight Music presents a concert on Sunday, October 20, 2024 featuring the Sylvan Trio. The Sylvan Trio will present works by Bach, Beach, Martinu, Clara Schumann and others. Composer Rick Sowash describes the Trio's playing as "beautiful, warm, sprightly and supremely confident. In short, they play like angels." The October 20 concert will take place at 4pm at Wilton Congregational Church, just north of Wilton Center on Route 33. Tickets may be purchased on the website here or at the door: adults $30, students free. Candlelight Music benefits the Wilton Library Association and happily accepts individual and corporate tax-deductible contributions.
