Join Cheesemonger Kate Truini-Redin of New Curds on the Block cheese shop for a taste of Connecticut’s dairy history, and learn what to look for and what questions to ask when visiting a cheese counter.


New Curds on the Block is an all-American cheese shop in Oakville, CT that carries exclusively cheeses made in the Northeast. Cheesemonger owner Kate Truini-Redin works directly with cheesemakers and farmers to source fresh and seasonal products to serve to you at peak deliciousness.
