Dr. Christina Lampe-Onnerud is Founder and CEO of Cadenza Innovation, a Danbury-based growth stage company transforming battery energy storage for grid, EV, commercial and industrial, and urban deployments. Earlier in her career, prior to an executive position at Bridgewater Associates, she founded Boston-Power, a global company providing batteries to the consumer electronics and transportation markets. She also served as a partner with Arthur D. Little, where she led the world’s largest non-captive battery lab and related practice. Recognized for her entrepreneurial efforts, Dr. Lampe-Onnerud is a two-time World Economic Forum Technology Pioneer, featured in Inc’s inaugural Female Founders 100 list, cited by MIT Technology Review as a top innovator, and recognized by local organizations that include the Connecticut Technology Council. She currently serves as a board director for Onsemi and Arcadium Lithium.
