Please join ONS specialists on Zoom to learn how hand strength is crucial for many everyday activities, sports, and occupations. Strong hands can significantly reduce the risk of injuries such as sprains, strains, and common conditions such as arthritis, trigger finger, and carpel tunnel syndrome. ONS hand and upper extremity surgeon Frank Aversano, MD, will discuss treatment options for common conditions and overuse injuries of the hand. Gosia Evanchik, ORT, CHT, will speak about practical strategies to maintain hand strength and improve flexibility with targeted exercises and ergonomic practices.
