  • Group music-making activities designed to improve cognitive and emotional well-being

No prior musical experience is necessary—just come ready to enjoy and experience the power of music!

While earning her bachelor’s degree at Montclair State University, where she initially trained to be a music teacher, Sherrye discovered the therapeutic potential of music. She was introduced to the idea of music as an evidence-based tool being used across various fields, including mental health, the military, trauma recovery, and neurological conditions such as Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s disease. Inspired by the profound effects music can have, Sherrye shifted her focus to the field of music therapy, later completing her master’s degree at the world-renowned Berklee College of Music. Today, she is passionate about using music to transform lives and promote well-being.
